If you have any problems with the items you’ve ordered and would like to return or exchange, please review the guidelines below:

  • Some items may not be eligible for returns, including bundle deals and gift cards
  • All items must be returned as sent, in original packaging and must be in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags, stickers and accessories must still be attached and intact.

Before returning your item please email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will send you an authorised returns number and instructions of where to send your item.

Exchanges are also available for different products of equal or less value, please email to arrange.

Once we have received eligible return item(s) they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 days, exchanges and store credits will be processed at this time. If a refund is due a credit will be issued in the original form of payment minus any acceptable shipping fees.

We only accept returns from items bought at, return of any items bought from other websites or retail locations should be returned to the respective distributor.
